I love the automated non-human responses that Square Enix offers. The lack of help offered in game and in forums is funny.

I know I myself have requested help as well. Months have gone by without anything more than a similar automated response good job Square Enix keep up the great work at keeping this great MMORPG at number two instead of number one where it should be.

Could you edit the post remove the info from the body, the title will remain but better then nothing .

That's outrageous! Even more unacceptable when a moderator comes to reply, dodges the whole request entirely, and then nothing!

I wish it was this easy! It seems I cannot edit a post if it was moved into the closed section of the forums. They're leaving me without any options but to reach out publicly here!

Again, the issue isn't that you or other people can see the original post, it's that *I* can see it. A simple google search can reveal this old post and its haunting existence. For my sake, I need to be able to get rid of it. Thanks for your input, but please be mindful of the situation before considering to respond.

Maybe make your posts/requests in the correct forums with the correct information. They are usually pretty good about resolving issues when given the correct information.

Technically, there is an issue with how the forum was designed in the first place. But that isn't the point I'm here to make. I understand this was in the wrong section. This forum isn't exactly the easiest to understand.

Now that this post has been moved to General Discussions, let's see how fast they don't respond still!

They aren't going to delete a post. Just forget it exists. If you can't... that's probably something you should address with someone outside the game.

Hey, Dynratygus, please get back to me about my issue. Now that this is in the "correct" section of the forums, could you assist me with my original request? Either delete the original post for me, or take it out of the closed section temporarily so that I may edit it myself.
