We are aware that due to a lack of "My burst is ready" quick chat, players have found ways to communicate with their teammates when they are ready to burst - using "Hello" being one of them.

They had to remove chat for good reasons: in this day & age it was too risky (business wise & legally) for them to allow free chat to continue.
