You misunderstand me. I don't have a problem with the suggestion. I'm simply saying the specific problem it seeks to solve isn't actually a problem, since if you run into that issue at this point it's due to your own failing. I think the dungeon situation is a much better case for the need for such a button and that's the argument that came to mind when I first read the thread.
It's really irrelevant, at least for crafting. As it stands, I can craft 29 things on my level 70 and then log on my level 30 crafter, buy 15 gil worth of stuff from the vendors, and make a level 1 craft to get the XP. The difference between that and crafting literally nothing with that class is negligible.
