Tbh low level content is irrelevant, people want to get on with it really fast. Now if they do that sort of bullshit on High Level dungeons, there is this tool called shirk.

I try to not pull first, I really do. Cause I believe it's the tank's job and they should decide how much they're comfortable with. But when I get into a run where the tank decides to pull every mob on their own, especially on low level duty, even I get sorely tempted. I'm a Blm gdi, let me aoe!

I mean starting with that attitude is poor, however, I do understand in later dungeons it can be incredibly frustrating for DPS to pull (I had a bard in an expert who kept doing this, and a dragoon attacking one group when I was pulling the next one) because it's a pain to regrab aggro and use AoEs properly. Usually it's not something you should say like that though, maybe mid dungeon ask them to stop.

This. Or sometimes you accidently grab a spawn with that aoe, or from another reason like in potd, they pop up and it's oh shit.

And the dps police comes in who has the easiest and most replaceable job in the game, tank asked to not pull before him the dps do and the tank is wrong? I agree with the OP 5second rule has been in mmo's forever it seems to be lost in this game. DPS learn to respect the tank and the healers you guys make up more then half the game you should be thankful that a tank is tanking for you and not some one else.

I liked your post so i can unlike it, if i make a request and you deny that request and i act apon what i have said earlier and i'm the wrong one here? Maybe the DPS should have adapted instead of just facerolling on the keyboard.

In fact, the problem is the majority of your other friends tanks who keep rushing all the time. Since you talk about Sastasha, maybe these players were new players ? I can't expect new players to do something else than rushing and I can't expect them to know exactly what roles are if they learnt how to play with rushers (maybe it's the same for other roles but I mainly saw tanks since... well... they are tanks so first) don't blame them (well, of course, there are assh*** too) and you should stick to your tank daddy teacher role, please, we need you :)
