Your optimism is funny. I can assure you that it will NEVER happen unless Square Enix confirms it. All we get is a big arbitrary "IF" on the possibility of it opening again.

Are you dumb or trolling? If it becomes a not-congested server then transfers will absolutely open back up. Why wouldn't they? It would be the same as any other server. If you are claiming that it will never become not-congested.... you may want to use your "can tell the future" skill on something a bit more exciting than this.

Anyone know how long Cerberus has been congested for? All my friends are there and I can't make a character on it.

The reality that people should be worried about is that as soon as Balmung and Gilgamesh become unlocked later on, immediately it'll get flooded and back to its capacity.

I want the damned placed locked. We can probably start a somewhat tight-knit community instead of millions of random people.
It needs to NEVER have a transfer for Balmung and Gilg again and ONLY be made to create characters. That's it.
Sorry, I like new faces and all but Balmung needs to even out and it's going to take a long ass time, as it should.

The real question is whether or not YOU are dumb or trolling. There was movie that I saw which makes a very good point. "When adults say forever, what they really mean is a very, Very, VERY long time." And furthermore, we're talking about a business corporation. Of course, they type some kind of vague, open-ended response on the possibility of the server re-opening again to give it's consumers a sense of hope. But... If you have been reading everything related to the reason why they locked the Congested servers in the first place, it's pretty safe to say that the servers will NEVER re-open again. And if they do re-open again, then... I owe you a soda. :D:p:cool:
