    You will NEVER be able to return back to a Congested World once you transfer out...

    Let's face it everyone... While it has been said that the [lockdown] placed on the Congested Worlds "may" get lifted once those servers have stabilize, we all know that it will NEVER happen. So to all those who are transferring off the Congested World servers, I wish you all good luck. May you all forever walk in the light of Crystal...
