Got kicked from The Aetherochemical Research Facility by mentor

Those people need a lot more patience. Hurts the community to be like that. I would have let you play at your pace, and explain things if there are wipes. I would only kick a person if they are using harassment or cheating or not playing due to offline/afk; the options it gives you to kick a player basically.

And people wonder why tanks are scarce in DF.

So hum don't wanna be rude but you seems to be the kind of person i don't like much in DF.

Ok you're new to something, i can understand you wanna do it slowly and safely to achieve the run.
But why wouldn't you try what people are telling you to do ? Just give it a try, ain't working ? Go back slow and small pulls, no problem.

If im healing those dungeons and my tank ain't pull much i would, politely, ask him to do so.
Why ? Because im confident enough in my abilities to keep the party alive and that will just faster the run for everyone, you included.

TLDR: You ran into dumb people but you should also try to do what people are telling you to do, especially if you're tanking and your healer says that you can pull more adds.

i would report them so they can be permanently removed from the mentor program.

well also as a tank holding argo is key so for instance espesscialy in arf of they pull big and miss a few adds then , its not like the healer can tank it so it can actually lead to a wipe as much as a hate three add pulls if Im dpsing which is rare I hate wiping more.

Thank you for the support. I never got kicked before in dungeon or trials. This was the first time I got kicked so it was a bit surprising and depressing at the same time.

;w; I'm sorry that you experienced something like this.
I never got kicked out of a dungeon before (at least I can't remember) but it isn't helpful when you're doing things the first time. I am really nervous and couldn't do dungeons alone so I was glad I could ask guild members to queue up with me. After that I could queue alone since I knew what I was doing.
Also, that this dungeon is used for tome farming isn't the best either, bc people in the party can be pushy and don't really care if someone is new.

I wish we could play together, I would help out!

OP: You had a dragoon as mentor, I mean, not like I am gonna judge but they were the floor tanks in 2.x. :3
Also I think you should report that trash ''mentor'', because they have an agreement when taking the ''novice'' thing and have to be a rolemodel to new players. If a mentor does not know her role, then don't join the Novice network and gtfo. /endrant
