Never gonna get my med / large plot T-T

Tbh I didn't even know it wasn't allowed for player to make you relinquish the land when selling since you know what's how everyone seems to sell their houses especially in Lamia xD No need for them to sell the plot properly if they can make double profit.

Honestly if you have a house and want to sell it, if people are willing to pay the price of 50m as you said why wouldn't they. Im not saying I agree with people buying and flipping houses but if a normal player doesn't want to own a house anymore it makes sense for them to sell at the price people are willing to buy in PF for.

so if you manage to just afford a house then the expensive part..... furnishing but on a side note glad I saved 14 cherry trees to place on my new plot :)

I wish I saved 14 cherry tree's, the purdiest house in the block.

From what I understand after seeing that thread and then talking to some GMs directly, the lead GM confirmed that it is indeed against the ToS to sell plots of land to other players (manual relinquish) because there's no system to hold players accountable if you pay them to relinquish a plot and they bail with the gil. The only problem was that not all that localized teams knew the rule. The lead GM confirmed it would be standardized across all languages now. So feel free to report sellers in the PF and enjoy their tears of wasting that gil hoping for a resell.

so I let me personal large goblet plot relinquish for 80% and was barely able to buy a lavender beds med with that kind of funny really... but at least my tiny fc now has a house and yep I don't believe in holding my own private house as well as an fc one due to houses are so limited and all...

either way who wants to live in the boring desert when you can live in a nice forest :)

Yes because everyone that is trying to sell a house atm are people who bought on Christmas with the only reason of reselling. /s

Honestly this does more harm than good. With people not allowed to sell plots even less become available. The people who bought with the intent to resell wont magically let go of their house now, they'll just continue to sit on it.

By that logic bought merc runs of content are also against ToS. The GMs are just making up a reason to enforce against it because so many players are unhappy with SE's botched housing system. The actual solution would have been to limit a single house per account prior to the demolitions. This current change of policy (they previously said it was perfectly fine) is only going to cause more harm than good as it ensures those houses will not return to the market as intended.

Uhh if you read the whole thing I said they almost certainly will not let it get relinquished. Because really why would they when they can sit on it and sell it at a safe time without fear of warning. I doubt people who bought to sell really need the money asap or that they have the generosity to just relinquish it,
