Never gonna get my med / large plot T-T

So basically theres no hope in future housing for a loooooong time. They're adding these apartments pretty much which are probably not much better than buying a room at your fc house. I don't want a large bedroom I want a house >_> I know I'm just complaining but its frustrating. And people are selling just a medium for 40-50 mil+ which is double the price you're basically buying 2 houses for 1. I've saved up 22 mil thus far which would be almost enough if houses were available. Im nowhere close if I have to buy from a player and if i have to buy from a player I'll probably never have the gil for a large. Ik I'm just complaining but I hope SE fixes this housing problems. I know I dont want these little apartments they're adding and neither do many people. if i wanted a small instanced room i'd buy a room from my fc house lol. But who knows maybe they'll be nice /shrug

so true like really.... I wanted a mist med when I finally had enough then all the med plots were gone so settled for a lavender med instead for fc....

100% no chance for mist any plot too....

the whole relinquishing land bs is such a waste of money like why do i have to pay twice for a damn house lol . I could afford a medium like now but nope gotta pay a greedy player 20-30 mil extra if i want one lol I HATE Goblet but if there were ANY mediums available i would buy one lol

there's still a couple of meds in lavender beds on Masamume.... like I was only 100k off getting a nice plot in mist..... but someone beat me to the last med...

Yeah I hope they add an entirely new subdivision in every housing zone instead of just a few wards...and yes, if you like decorating the outside of your house (like my GF and I do) - a large is a must...we just upgraded our med Mist to Large and it is wonderful (though we need more than 40 outside slots please...)

Technically honey, buying a plot of land from another player is against TOS now. So, you may want to thank your blessed lucky stars some players might even be willing to risk it these days. Because otherwise it's 100% no chance until new wards.

Don't think it's being enforced very well, saw 4 PFs on Lamia selling small/ medium houses yesterday for several hours.

it is and isn't. At present the GM staff seem to be divided on it, but there are screenshots on reddit of people getting pulled into Jail and talked to/ actioned by GMs over it.

I'm in the same boat as OP. I really wanted a mansion ever since housing was released, but with the way it was implemented, I'm never going to get it. Sure I was able to get a small house in Lavender Beds, better than nothing, but it's something I'm forced to settle with, which shouldn't be the case. I'm still working towards in being able to afford a mansion, and wish that there will be one when I can afford it, but my hopes are from little to no chance of getting a mansion at this rate, even if they add new wards since there are so many rich people on my server.
