I really like the idea that we could potentially weave Mudras between abilities and not get bunny ears, it would cause push back on some other off gcd abilities but it is a decent solution.

My only problem is that our gear is missing accuracy for ilvl190. I can't equip accessories cause I don't have enough accuracy. We're doing fine in terms of dps. I'm doing a bit less than monk which is nice. Just need a bit more aoe.
I'm on A2 savage. Monk does around 920 in A1 and I do 890. I'm also LB bitch.
There needs to be more of a sample size than 1 raid group, if the consensus still stands that nin are doing less dps than mnks or drgs there is something obviously wrong.
I do around 1160 - 1170 on Faust and monk does around 1260 - 1300. Monk numbers are higher due to elixer field being able to hit adds and ninjas don't have AOE OGCD. Oppressor is 890 for me and 920 for monk.
I don't think so. You need to add on the fact that Ninjas have Goad and Trick Attack. They should be lower than monk and DRG. Monk shouldn't be this low though. Right now nobody is even close to dragoons in terms of single target damage. There is a reason why almost every group runs DRG.
Eh, I disagree with you on NIN being low due to TA/Goad. If we're basing party based buffs in to the mix, why aren't we factoring in Monks and their TK? Or their Mantra? 10% less int helps a lot more than people think and 30% extra healing is nothing to scoff at. Both of those are leagues better than a measly Goad that can be given to only one person. Trick Attack is the only true "utility" that a Ninja brings. Ya, it's good, but it's not good enough to guarantee a spot for a Ninja. You can just as easily kill a fight without one.
If all 3 melee did equal DPS all it would do is encourage people to play what they want and not what they feel obligated to play.
Chakra doesn't help party survival. I think Monk should be lower than DRG, but not this big of a gap. It's almost 80-100 DPS difference between Monk and DRG. Ninja is fine where it stands. Maybe add a little more damage with duality and DWAD, but it shouldn't be too big.
