So assuming a subscription fee of $12.99 a month and this month having 30 days... you feel you should be compensated for that $0.43?
I understand other companies prepare bridge patches to ensure time down will be minimal between expansions. I also understand other companies when the knowledge of an entire day downtime ahead of time is known compensation would be applied proactively.
I appreciate the feedback as I now know I will have to discuss my individual compensation with customer service.

I knew i would see one of these. I just knew it. if a Maint is longer then 3 hours people lose all common sense and ask for compensation even though it states in ToS that they can do exactly this and not compensate you for it.
Edit: If you want 43 Cent compensation give me your Paypal, ill send you your entitled 43 cents you poor little wall flower.
