135 weapon damage scaling

Felis, DoctorPepper did you 2 read anything i said? cause im pretty sure your comments are redundant... except the part about the relic... no one here is talking about the relic, not sure why you felt compelled to talk about that. i'm talking about ilvl and weapon damage

lol what are you talking about? You specifically mentioned "so i finished my relic and i felt my damage didn't go as high as i was expecting it to go" in literally the opening statement of your original post, which is what I replied to.

Maybe you should read your own posts? I don't know, but then you go on to say you're beating people with i130/135 weapons with an i115 weapon, you're not unless the rest of your gear is vastly better or they're not doing their job properly. Maybe you were in an i110 capped dungeon and beat them.. in which case having an i135 weapon makes no difference at all.

dude what's the difference between the relic and the dredwyrn weapon? none secondary stats which is almost irrelevant to dps and such to the conversastion. i said i finished the relic because that's when i realized it not because is relevant. i'm talking about ilvl and weapon damage not relics and how they should "make me a god". i was not beating people with 130/135 weapons? how do you know? have we not established that the increased was only 10% you think a mnk can't do 10% more dps than a blm for example on a single target? do you know so little about this game? they were not bad players

yes less than 10% to be exact

As blm i can tell you that (this is given that you use B3 T1 B rotation):

- WD weights for 6.65 int
- Det for 0.265
- SSP for 0.282 (depends on the rotation and slightly increases with your total SSp. This is my ratio with 643 SSp)
- Crit for 0.238

Then make the calculation for every weapon to get the total intel equivalent score.

This is roughly poportionnal with the dps increase from a weapon to another but you need to keep in mind that:

-after a certain CRT percentage the gain from each new crit point slightly decreases

-this is exactly the opposite for SSP

The i135 title means craps. It only means that the total amount of secondary stats is capped at 91 (if i remember well. Never managed to go above 89 on mine because of the lolrounding when you split between 3 stats) and that you have the WD and primary stats amount of a 135 wpn.

lol ok well I think I'm done with this thread.. you're either drunk or don't know what you're talking about in your own thread. Of course mnk does more dps than blm on a single target.. it's been that way forever. The only way you're beating another person who is the same job as you with a weapon 20 ilvl lower is if the rest of their gear sucks, they suck, or you're in a capped dungeon. I don't know anything about this game though so just ignore me and keep posting your nonsense.. lol good luck buddy.

well that's your problem... you're assuming too much. when did i say i was beating people of the same job? when did i say i was hoping "to become a god" when i finished the relic or that i was doing relic to "avoid coil"? or that i was doing ilvl synced dungeons. assumptions assumptions assumptions.

i'll try to measure dps again when i get 2 pieces i'm missing from coil and have everything BiS.. but right now i went from roughly 500 dps to just 540 ish from 115 weapon to 135 when in reality the expection was closer to 580/590
