Y: This is just an example, but it will have an effect on DoT, and so on. There's a lot of implications about this quote with (1) how a stat is being modified and (2) how DoT classes seem to be the primary target for the effect. Of course, nothing is set in stone, but it does show that they do listen to community feedback.
