Unresponsive does not mean its a bot. I very rarely respond to anyone. Why? Because I could give two cruds about what they want. Everyone I talk to is in my fc / ls or my ts server. If someone attacks my mob once again I am not going to say anything I will just out pull them.

Typically if you say something to someone pulling mobs you are farming they get butthurt and want to argue. So its not worth my time to argue since it is a game and I am not on it to fight w/ people.

Choco farming / lvlin is perfectly fine we do groups of 4 w/ four choco to spirit bind and we sometimes do two groups this way in Urths Gift.

So far the only valid thing I see is them sending tells / inviting people and possibly crashing the market... and even crashing the market is questionable because I have seen a lot of normal players undercut on purpose to crash a specific market.

The problem is that some people get so infatuated w/ them that they can't stop trying to find them. This is also when some innocent people get blamed but, there are some very obvious botting like someone in the post said something about teleporting.

I use to give a crud about it but, since I stopped giving a crud... my game time is far more enjoyable. I use to let this stuff consume me until finally I said screw it I'm not going to let this screw w/ my game time.
