The biggest culprits are the BLMs. Most of my groups have one, and they are all terrible at the job. I go to pull, but before I have a chance to flash or overpower, a flare explodes on the enemies. It's insanely difficult to try to recover and maintain threat when someone spikes ALL the enemies with that much threat before I can even get started. They aren't giving me any time to establish initial threat. Worse still, half of them ONLY cast flare, even on 1 or 2 enemies, which is insanely inefficient. Boss fights take forever because the BLM is just cycling flare over and over, doing about 1/4 the damage he could be doing.
