As for Proof , this is the internet , in real life we have people who kill people , found with the proof of their crime ,and yet with every detail proven , the defense team is able to rip it apart and claim innocence . -

SE could come on here with a Video detailing what was done by Said player , showing transactions , Dates , Times , who and what involved and every reason under the sun , and then the said TOS breaker will go on to say either that was not him/her and or they were hacked .
I think SE or any MMO should just ban and call it that . You do not like it , find a MMO company that does otherwise and stick with them. -

Ban is a tool to prevent a Meltdown of the Economy due to out of Control Hacks and RMT and Players who cannot behave themselves in Chats .
Why is that so hard to understand ?
If you break the rules and get suspended or have something illegal taken because you cannot play right , be happy you were not totally banned .
Suck it up and either play Legit and learn from your mistakes or Quit.
I can tell you now , if tomorrow I was Banned or Suspended or had Gil/gear stripped from me , and I did nothing to deserve it ...........I would quit and move on , this is not the early 90s , lots of MMOs to play .
None of them are Perfect , some more fun than others , but in the end all worth giving a try . -

1 person can literally buy out the entire market - a blanket suspension in this case would cause a mass outrage considering how many people use the markets. long term rollback would be absolutely terrible since these methods of gil generation have existed for a while. not sure how square is going to deal with it -

Funny thing is people still dont realize that exploit is the sole reason for last months said "RMT" ban.
The very reason they banned people who had large amounts of gil was because of the exploit done on several severs by several different groups.
The reason that they didn't attack legacy severs was simply because they couldn't pin point massive gil account, as lots of people already had large amounts.
Now the reason there keeping quite about it is because it has the possibility of massive bad press if it got out to news media and this is also the reason
SE has not responded to the characters affected by this ban. Not because your guilty but because it would hurt the game to admit this has taken place
and is still taking place.
