Some suggestions, mostly quality of life, obvious things

The development team is actually working on addressing this right now! Additionally, they confirmed a bug where you can no longer open timeworn maps while mounted and they will be addressing this at the same time. We'll be sure to make an announcement when the timing for this has been finalized. :)

The one quality of life thing I wish they would put in is being able to mail your other characters
When I chose my plan I chose option to have more characters yet none of then can interact
To send items to them I either need to mail to friends and ask them to trade them to other character or put in FC chest which as a newer member I wouldn't dare ask to do.
Oh also a repair ALL option

I agree, this is the most vitally needed enhancement, especially since SE is already charging us extra money for it. There's no excuse for why we can't interact with our own alts, at least through the mail. (Their excuse for why we can't mail to other players without friending them first is protection against RMT, but that concern doesn't apply to our own alts, so the rule shouldn't apply to them either.)

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but as a summoner I would love to be able to use the heel command when mounted. It's kind of tiresome to have to resummon at each destination because your egi's like to go chasing after stuff en route.

This may have been mentioned before (not gonna read 184 pages) but any chance once soldiery tomes are capped they could roll over and become myth tomes? This would encourage people to actually finish instances instead of dropping out after the second boss since there's no reward for beating the 3rd.

I do not doubt you in the slightest I went 16 hours on one of the ATMA. But I have done that before in other games collecting thousands of an ITEM with a weekly lockout. Time sink is supposed to be there and challenges along the way. We have had plenty of challenges slay this nm now another etc. Unfortunately now we are at a time sink part again but this is best weapon in game WORK for it. Oh and BTW I am now doing atma on 2nd job.

more along the lines of a quality of life improvement.... can we get the name of the retainer who makes the sale? now that I have 4, and am constantly making money (glad 2.1 stagnation is gone!) it drives me insane trying to keep track of who I gave what to :P

Also, more chest slots?!
An auto-sort for the chest?
Packs/saddlebags for chocobos that maybe add 25 slots, while we gather?
A /lean emote, for when you're near a wall?

Just a few things off the top of my head.

What is with all the atma stuff? I'm new, but I feel like the only problem with this is that they're hard to get and if they're the best weapon in the game shouldn't they be hard?

Also, I would like to add:

-Allow us to lock gear in our inventory so we cannot sell them.
-Instead of rent a chocobo, allow us to use these as actual mounts with teired mounts (slim chocobo, armored chocobo, fat chocobo, fat armored, etc) for either speed or simply cosmetic.
- Make map transitions more clear. After leaving Ul'dah you start flying around to other maps and everything gets super confusing. I keep having to hunt down the "airports"

Speaking of Atma Quest, can the quest be made trackable? I find it ineffective for how it has to be kept with tracking what Atmas you have completed.
