I'm thinking it was during the Live Letter at Fanfest. They were talking about the 24 man raid coming in 3.5 and one of the battles will be a battle you fight while flying on an airship.

I'm perified that:

> At around level 65, I'm going to run into another tribe of poxy Moogles.
> At about level 67-68 ish, I'm going to stumble across another hamlet which Rowena is going to develop into a city state superpower over the course of 5 patches.
> When I hit level 70, I'm going to be farming the same two dungeons for yet more Allagan tomestones (for it is always tomestones).
> A new series of boss fights raid will be introduced every even patch and a new 24 man flustercuck raid every odd patch.
> There will be a new relic quest line just repeats the same grind of old content but with the added morality choice of whether you kill off the anima you helped create, you monster.
> People will still not know how to Heavy Thurst with the new simplified battle system.

I see thanks for the info, i wonder if that's anything like Alexander Turn 2 and Turn 11 where there's something else to do other than dodge and kill stuff (would be nice something different and dynamic), still A11 it's pretty much just get in and out of Airship, A2 we had something to do while driving the mount.

And hunts, on HW launch lvl60 was farming tomes and hunts for the gear, was pretty frustrating even tho i got to most hunts in time.

The battle system will still feel unrefined and not live up to a potential revamp that could be. I mean the actual feeling movement, weight and animations of attacks etc.

This. Heavensward is the same as A Realm Reborn, only difference is the new (underwhelming) content like Squadrons, Diadem and Lord of Verminnion

The grind is all about the chase. Do people really want stuff handed to them? The grind existed long before FF MMOs. You do crap over and over and over and over again until you can do the sh*t in your sleep. You want something? You will grind. To claim it "mine"; you have no choice, but to put in the time.

I agree with Ryu. Do something other than kill sh*t will ya. There is a community and an economy than benefit greatly from your contributions. You might want to think about that Genaxx.

38 now. If your going to be like that, well then.

One, HW was an expansion, was that a new game? Many disagree.

Two, at what point did I say I want stuff handed to me? If anything I want the game to be harder because its faceroll easy.

Three, I like grinds. What I don't like is reapeating the same thing for months and having my progress halted constantly because the developers lack the innovation to create meaningful and lasting content.

Oh and you should also take a look at my profile, I do pretty much all content. If anything I do battle content the least because it's incredibly repetitive.

Don't make assumptions about someone you don't know, it makes you look like an ass. You might want to think about that.
