That she was not catered to your specific taste is fine, you're free to dislike it. You really don't have any means to say it's her fault, as she's not responsible for your tastes.

im not defending her terrible voice acting at all. im defending the fact that people cant seem to help themself to attack her personally over it.
its because of bigotted trash like them that we cant openly discuss her talent (or lack thereof) without it becoming a pointless discussion about gender.

i long for the day where people mind their own damn business and just treat everyone equally. so we can also critique them equally and banter and joke with them equally.

she could have had the self reflection that she's not a good enough voice actor to voice a main character in a story like this. so yeah it is her fault.
her voice cracks alot and she has no range. just compare it to the other VA's of the other languages and the difference in quality if just blatant.

they shouldnt have hired her or she shouldnt have taken the job. but that still dont give people the right to attack her for anything more than her performance.

Whatever bigots will always exist and unless you want censorship of opinions and speech. I like freedom of speech because it allows change and developments but due to it's flaws of allowing stupid opinions I just ignore them. I suggest you do the same because you'll end up tearing your hair out dealing with morons.

That you paid for the expansion doesn't entitle you to demand that the VA be to YOUR exacting tastes. If you really didn't care about other people's opinions, then why would you write about this at all on a public forum?

While I don't agree, I can respect that. I fully agree with the last sentence, though.

Agreed, way too much of high profile position for someone of her skill level, i agree to give people a chance, but sometimes you just dont have what it takes
my worry now is that because of the poor choice and the reception of the expansion got the people that we absolutely dont want to get involved will... the investors you all know how they are if it doesnt make as much or more money its a bad product
yoshi p should step in and make a rigid decision, get someone better, or cut the character/writer from the next msq patches

I paid for it, it was terrible, she was terrible, I'm saying she was terrible. I am voicing my opinion on a thread that agrees with my opinion, you are on a thread combatting people who agree with my opinion.
