We don't lack empathy we lack telepathy to understand your thought process....Seriously though i DO hate the idea of transmog style but this system of content and making it easier is a more balanced version of what blizz does now. Like alot of things this game does it feels like a refinement. Blizzard now invalidates entire tiers of content. To the point that literally you can hit max level and be ready for the latest raid in under 2 weeks....And i am not making this up. Between LFR(and you think FF fights are easy) the apparet release of timeless isle and having all items use the same currency tier aside.....Yeeeah welcome to not even needing to EVER run lower content. It's all about the latest for everyone...FF is striking a nice balance IMO.

Well remember that you DO still have to beat coil 1-5 to do coil 2.

I would stop playing the game of no fresh&new content would appear.

You (the QQers) should listen to Yourselves, crying because there is no content and then crying because new content shows up but the old get a slight nerf...

Aren't you happy about getting more bahamut turns ? about new primal fights? No ?

And don't come here talking about accomplishments and stuff, if you beat Twintania, then you already have your accomplishment done.
Stop being egotists, new players, casual players and even the less skilled players have a right to get through Twintania too.
You'll all get a new challenge, go beat it when it's out.

Note the use of the singular "Challenge", That is what passes for MMO updates. In a game with different modes of gathering, crafting and fighting, there should be challenges, not a single challenge.

And for you to get all the achievements like getting the gold gathering tools is not a challenge ? Or the sinthesis (craft) achievements is this not a challenge too?

I never said there should only be one challenge, I said that people should stop crying about us getting a new challenge and the old one getting a bit easier.

Just because Twintania is getting a nerf ( and they stated it's not a nerf on it's skills & behavior ) doesn't mean it won't be a challenge for other players.

Again some in here are too egoistic and think only about themselves.

its probably going to be some HM dungeon grind

which is faceroll for that kind of gear (just like the current system)

This entire situation is messed up. They're turning the community against itself!

Average player -> Give me access to the story so I can enjoy it (good thing).

Yoshida -> Sure, let me nerf the old content so you can do that. I can even use it as a stepping stone for future content (bad thing).

MMO Hobbyist -> But wait, don't I at least get some unique trophy or reward for completing it on the higher difficulty, since you're making a medium difficulty encounter out of it now? (good thing)

Yoshida -> Naw, you just get the same stuff either way (bad thing).

Average player -> Says to MMO Hobbyist: You just don't like things being accessible, you elitist!

MMO Hobbyist -> Says to Average player: I'm not saying that. I just beat it on a harder difficulty than what the encounter is going to be turned into and I want to have something to show for it. Hell, why is he taking the higher difficulty away in the first place? Can't he have both difficulties available at once? (Good thing).

Yoshida -> Nope. We're doing upwards "progression", meaning stats need to be raised, so the bar of entry goes up.

MMO Hobbyist -> But raising bars of entry isn't the same as difficulty level... (true).

And we could go on from there, but I think that is enough to show the point.
