It definitely happens on EU as well but I feel like there's been fewer and fewer of them lately. It's mostly FC ads now. They're mildly annoying but that's about it. This and all the 18+ listings in the Party Finder are the most annoying thing and SE doesn't even let you filter it out permanently... The filter resets everytime you log in. Please some moderators read this and relay to the producers! It's not like I'm under 18 and couldn't join (I am actually twice as old...) and because of that hating on it, it's just I don't think these bullsh-- belonged to a game, this is not "Second Life" or your virtual reality.

To avoid them completely, they transferred out of the DC to Aether. So, there are people doing this for FC, although those reasons might be different.Quote:

Blacklisting or muting is worthless because you'll never see them again. It's a different jackass every time. I'd much rather have better tools for preventing the spam; Term filters that actually prevent messages from appearing, rather than just changing it to a different kind of spam or the ability to set character limits.
Also shouting your twitch and discord links is gauche.
