CE items and advance items are here

So what do i do with my PS3 CE code and registration code? Mogstation or Playstation Network?
A list of instructions would be nice.

Edit - so i picked up my CE box from local gaming shop, and was able to enter my SE code ( all good there, i hope ) and went to enter my promotion code (PS3) and i get the Invalid message - any help would be good thanks, also my MogStation is showing all my char ( have 2 for my kids) but its only showing 3 days free and my per order items, and i got them in game early this morning

1.0 CE here and haven't received my 2.0 CE items yet, multiple successful relogs too ; ;

I haven't been able to track my order since last Friday. Is there any other way to get the registration code for the PS3 CE other than waiting for the shipment to arrive?

Says on Mogstation that PS3 version management has to be done through the PS3.

i agree :( i went to mogstation it says for ps3 use the sony entertainment network ;/ so i assumed it meant to playstation store went to redeem code says its invalid ;/

I have received my physical PS3 collectors edition and the PSN code says invalid :(

One thing that hasn't been overly clear. Pre-order Items in respect of legacy accounts. For those of us with legacy accounts, do we get the pre-order items (as we technically own the game already) or did we have to completely rebuy the game again in order to get those 2 items. I want the 2 pre -order items, but buying the game again is a bit overkill for them.

i rang playstation and my answer was that aus dont update there network till thursday so thats why the code is showing invalid etc .. i was told to try on thursday!! .. as for entering the se code do you just do that through register game at the se site or mog station ????
