Yeah, however they could easily come back for some other reason with the assistance of Hydaelyn (or maybe Zodiark...) - probably trying to keep us from making the same mistake that they did or something else...
I feel like their arc was way too short and here I was thinking that we were going to have a long Tom & Jerry feud with them for the next few expansions lol.

Can she raise the death? I mean its not only that they died but they left their bodies behind.

(Well theoretically they could take over another body if they have great understanding of the echo, kinda like the Ascians do, but I am not really sure if they even wanted to go on.)

We got a vision of both crystals, which is intriguing. I don't remember a point where we receive a vision of the future, so at some point we also saw the big purple crystal at the end of 2.0.


Was it stated that Zodiark is on the moon, or implied from Elidibus' moonwalk? Banishment can mean a lot of things if it was implied.

I could still see a Shadowbringers expansion with a violet color sceme and lightning elemental start screen. (many dark elemental effects associated with Ascians are purplish)

Heavensward has a poetic literary reference/imagery to it, and Stormblood has a kind of poetic aspect in its reversed structure, although being plain literal. (Sorry, my old literature and poetry studies kicking in)
On the other hand, Shadowbringers is just straightforward and literal, but so was A Ream Reborn...

My bigger gripe about it is that it references a specific (more or less) group of people, while the other three specify events. The rebirth after calamity, the march towards heavens (flying islands) and the storm of blood through war.
