Accessing HW content on ps4

So, after I get my new Batman console, re-install everything ( due to an issue with my hdd ), I had an issue with the game not registering. I go to the forums and sadly I had to re-install it all. Finally after hours of downloading it all again, it registers and I'm now sitting and waiting for it to finish downloading. Sad to say this has been an entire day playing the waiting game on the UPS driver, then re-registering, and downloading all night. So happy to be able to start playing agian =P

Update: the patch worked and I'm now enjoying Heavensward, which has easily become one of the best RPGs I've ever played in a very short amount of time. O_O

I hope you mean "I'm now enjoying Heavensward" because if not that is disheartening that you are not enjoying it.

Any of you still experiencing problems starting HW? Cause I still do. Tried to download the new patch, but it doesn't appear as an "add on". Decided last night to completely remove FF14 and to reinstall it. Installing just finished, but same problem remains :( Don't know what to do now...

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Just reinstalled the game on my PS4 but having the same problem! A few extra subscription days with be welcome. Still can't play HW...

Whoops, that was a glorious typo on my part! I'm definitely enjoying it!

still can't login says install heavensward which I have also says under my account details I have it can't even make Au Ra character please help

Cannot access Ishgard anymore. mog store says I'm still on early access license but doesn't even give me the option to enter an Expansion code...great fix.


edit: I'm a fool. resolved my self fabricated problem.
