Wish Granted! However, they have always been in use. Rukkirri, Camate, Bayohne are the leaders of the relative guilds as well as other hidden guilds containing classes such as; Coeurl, Snurble and Marlboro. How do you not know this?! Bayohne hinted at it himself. To unlock these you must publicly declare your Character's love for the three reps.

I wish that we could select the Community Reps to be our Guardian's. I'm sure I'm the only person in Eorzea with Byregot, the Builder as his Guardian of the Twelve.

I wish one day i'd be able to use my PLD outside of town.. just one day..

Wish Granted! They are going to make WAR as useful as PLD (not very.)
WAR still reigns as the go to job for tanking even through the nerfs. They should have just buffed PLD up to WARs current level.

I wish Square-Enix released a sequel to FFXI that had all the progress they've made with 14 added into it, while retaining the XI feel/playstyle.

I hope you're not planning to fight Ifrit any time soon, and summer is just around the corner so it might be wise to invest in some Elixirs to keep blizzard up.

Granted oh what emnityless glee you will have with Cure as you heal for 1 hp.

I wish for a yoshi-p whistle so that i can call him to the other side of the world map and continually call him for hilarious threats and profanity.
