People just dont like the tank role, be for the responsability, the lack of personal impact outside of keeping the boss on themselves, or a boring and simple rotation, and most of those things can also be apllied to healers too switching tanking the boss for "keeping people alive that dont kill themselves on a mechanic by pressing one of the many instant heals"
