It was a set-up. Abriael prefers to lure people into a trap and then lord it over them.
Gotta stay en pointe up in here, yall.

Blizzard is always hiring new employees. I just fed a troll.
Yeah, because it's for *you* to decide if *my* title does or does not include sarcasM (I think that's the word you're looking for :D), right?
And just as a passing note, it's not for you to decide if a thread is useful or useless, given the number of people discussing here, it seems quite useful to me. Ooops.
Technically speaking...
They could simply be hiring because some of their staff left, got fired, or died. In which case SE are merely filling the vacuum left in those people's wake. (Too soon?). In which case, SE would be understaffed during the meantime. Which is bad.
If there's one thing you can always count on, it's pessimism.
Pessimism got your back, yo.
Do I detect a note of sarcasm!? You know we don't take kindly to things we don't understand. And sarcasm, lest I remind you, be one of those things.
But if you must know, it is true, sad but true.
Eleven people got fired, resigned and died all at the same time (in that order). Logical fallacy notwithstanding, it was a remarkable achievement.
Or so says I.
And, sure, you might be inclined to say: "well what gives you the right to fabricate facts about 11 people dying!?" And that's a good point and you'd be wise to remember it next time you feign inside knowledge of the inner workings of SE.
There's no need to feign, my friend. As a gaming writer, hunting for gaming-related news is my job. While I don't know *everything*, I have enough info to tell you that no, there has not been any mass murder inside the SE offices, nor mass layoffs.
Try again, it's always absolutely amusing to see people bend over twice to try (and fail) to spin good news negatively :D
You would say that wouldn't you?
How dubious it all is; you just happening to know all the pertinent details. It's a little too convenient if you ask me.
Clearly a ruse if I ever saw one. Why, If I may be so bold to say, it's almost elementary my dear Watson.
Tell me, sir, when did you sell your tongue to the corporates? And for how much? Answer me that.
