Extending the story line with Lilisette beyond WotG?

Yeah, my current scanner just depresses me at how crappy it is, so I had to brush up on my wacom -> Photoshop skills to get these ideas out of my head quicker. After enough time, it just makes so many things that much easier from start to finish. I really need to update my current computer too since I still get some lag in my pen sometimes, but it's something I can tolerate ^^

Ahh, I had an old Graphire 3 that I upgraded to an Intuos 4 this summer - it's pretty nice. I'm totally cluless when it comes to photoshop techniques and things - I use Paint tool Sai - its pretty sweet and simple, bomb-diggity for inking but I have a whole list of photoshop effect tutorials I wanna try out. It was abit weird coloring my fanfest entry with it solely so I think it looks alittle wonky. Had no expectations to win anything its just a personal acheivement cuz I've been saying for the past 3 years I was gunna enter and never got around to it.

Lol yeah this thing is my pride and joy - had to do it for a class actually haha.

Aw really? I was looking forward to seeing your entry! Ah well - and yeah I kind get what you mean. I took really strict design classes and now i'm super picky about everything to the point where I'm like "Oh man I dunno how to draw this so let me practice my anatomy and this and that and *then* I can draw!" So I don't end up drawing very much - it was actually really tough for me to get the fanfest pic finished since i was drawing new anatomy I had never done before (girls lol). I'm trying to break out of that though and just draw when the feeling hits me haha. You inspire me to draw more

Good thing, cause I had some great ideas after a good rest! I wonder is there a way to snag just the dialog from the WotG cutscenes without watching the videos on youtube. /thinks I would really like to find that scene where Lilith is describing the overall conditions plaguing her reality. It would help in fleshing out some of the scenes in my head.

I think there's a goblin footprint in the WoE cutscene zone but I'm not 100% on that.

Ok, found it! Had to end up watching the youtube videos to do so /stagger

The cutscene on Mission 56 Darkness Descends is where Lilith and Cait Sith reveal the truth of the matter and detail the condition of the "True Vana'diel" as it stands.

-Quoted from Cait Sith: "Seeing her beloved Vana'diel reduced to a wasteland of death and devastation, the Goddess Altana Grieved so. Shed many a tear"

I'll be plugging in some of the imagery detailed here and more(from what I would like to see) since this is where my curiosity was originally sparked about possibly seeing the "wasteland" and all it's "devastation" described by Cait Sith. ^^

There was another cutscene from WotG where they show the outcome of vanadiel - with the star tree withered and dead and the main characters dead - but I don't recall which one that was from...
