    I've seen how you guys at SE "respond" to your customers with this particular problem. You're going to tell them it's their ISP, port, modem, or in some way try and put the blame on them. Most of these players don't go messing with their settings wildy and randomly like Square obviously thinks we do. Most of these players have had their current setups/systems for multitudes of years. Plainly and simply, it's on your end, Square. Fix the problem. Most of it is centered around Jeuno. I don't think this is in any way coincidence. I do believe in coincidence, but not on large-scale. I understand that Sqaure lost alot of money on the failure that is FF14, but that's not justification for blaming customers when your system/programming/servers are flwed and failing.
