    with atma that has been minimized, and DoT may be reduced some from using /thf but it aint halfed lol you must live in lala land

    You're giving up 10% haste that is applied outside of magical and equipment haste caps so yes it's a huge difference. And the more haste you have the bigger the difference will be because haste isn't linear.
