How long does it take for the digital delivery to happen? It's been an hour and no email :/ (yes, I checked my spam folders)

Have you received the email? If not, try logging into the Square Enix online store page and checking your order there.
After logging in, you can find your order history by clicking your username on the top right and selecting "My Orders".

If you still do not see your code there, we're sorry for the trouble but if you could please reach out to our customer support with your order number and we'll look into the matter.

Yes, thank you for your reply. The order emails eventually arrived about ~45-50 minutes after paying/completing the order. (Kind of a surprise but whatever).
