Not all limit points earned go to Potpourri(?)

I did 5 total courier's all ~5-7k each

I do know that it count's multiple as when I get 19000 exp it awards 2 potourri in chat

I'm thinking it may not work when more than a whole limit point is earned in one hit. I was doing the Inventors' Coalition, Gather: Outer Ra'Kaznar 3x Imprimaturs: 11400points reward.

I'll have to test when I get online and top my merits up again.
