    wasn't found by google, was in a forum thread, and the link was to the JP site. Had to load the page in google translate to read it (have a toolbar for it). There is a lot of info that the EN players never see, simply because no one translates and publishes it. They didn't specifically say when the next level update would come--they dodged the questions by going off on how they needed to concentrate on game balance and content adjustments over the next several updates.

    I agree with that decision. This game has become so unbalanced and it's chaos...
