    werent the servers supposed to be up by now? it's 0800 in Japan right now.

    If you are on Winblows, you can check how your time relates to GMT by viewing details of your timezone in your clock properties (double-click clock in systray in XP)--just remember to adjust for Daylight Savings if your region does it (+1 hour).
