Increase in per category job points cap?

Hi development team.

You mentioned somewhere (I can't find the post now) that you planned to raise the per category cap on job points from 10 to 30. Right now I am 10/10 on Dodge and 10/10 on Chakra for my MNK. I would love to get Chakra up to 30/30, and in fact I started storing job points in anticipation. I now have 200 job points banked up and am reluctant to dump them in other categories just for the sake of staying away from being totally capped.

So any word on when this is gonna happen? Is it still in the works?

They've not given a date since originally stating that, so currently nobody knows. However we do know that new categories are being added in January. I have a feeling they're going to add all the categories they plan on having before they raise the limits; either that or it will happen when gear over lv119 is released.

You can hold up to 200 unspent job points, so if I were you I'd just keep churning them out and you'll be able to unleash them all when the limits are raised.

I don't think they're adding new categories in January, they're adding new Gifts, which you get automatically after spending certain numbers of job points. I already have all current Gifts on MNK (having spent 110 job points). Also, I know you can hold 200..... I already have 200 banked. But I'd rather spend them on something cool like more Chakra boosts than something lame like Inner Strength, Hundred Fists, Counterstance, or Focus enhancements.

They're adding both new gifts and new job point categories in January.
