Eliminate the logout timer in cities.

The logout timer in cities is completely unnecessary and removing it (a la Mog House/Gardens) provides no advantage, only convenience.

Each city has 3 moghouses except adoulin and whitegate, and jeuno has 4, how hard is it to get to your mog?

Each city has 3 moghouses except adoulin and whitegate, and jeuno has 4, how hard is it to get to your mog?

Getting to, and zoning into your moghouse often takes 30 seconds or more, so it doesn't help you log out faster, that's the problem.
