Treasure hunter adjustment

Except you do know they will never add this new TH+ gear, right? And you'll still be stuck with Thief's knife because the new gear won't come. Or it will come, 3 years later like Cait Sith. Or the cap will be something stupidly high that requires you to wear the old AND new TH+ gear to cap.

Not that it matters, RNG is the treasure hunter job now, since it's TH is better, it's damage is better, it's hate control is better, and it doesn't have to gimp itself with TH+ gear.
