[dev1184] New Tutorial Objectives.

So you're putting in new tutorial objectives, such as "Obtain a chocobo license" and "Obtain a Subjob" that are pretty easy to finish and pretty much inevitable for new players..... but literally impossible for any old player who's already done these. Will there be a way to get these objectives marked as accomplished if you already did them?

I have this oddball completionist mentality and one of my goals is to complete all Records of Eminence. It's been aggravating at times. If it becomes literally impossible, I suppose that will be somewhat liberating as I don't have to worry about some of the ones I wasn't really looking forward to, like the fishing objectives.

Yeah considering how easy and pretty much necessary they are should just have a enable auto complete if you already did them. Maybe talk to the npc in charge of it.

Like I said in my 2nd post on the general section some new players who are not less than a week old will also have at least two of these already done.

Seeing as all of these require a quest it should be a relatively simple thing to get these done after the fact. There are already a number of quests which you complete via having the title. I would hope these would be no different.

Cause the relic+2 slip totes did NOT demand that each stored piece be augmented...........
(though there actually would be a scenario wherein their excuse was valid... if they were wanting slips 15 and 16 for ALL three RFs... but... I don't think they're gonna do that...)

When that special coding already exists....
It's called copy&paste.
It's not a valid excuse when it's already coded, and the only change that need be made is a simple reference number/name.

The new tutorial objectives that are to be introduced to Records of Eminence in the March version update will be made so if you’ve already cleared the requirements in the past, they will instantly be completed when you set the objective.

However, please understand that these objectives were created to help new players find their way in Vana’diel and teach them the ways of the world.
