At least in promivion it shows which of the two possible floor 3's you went to, since there's different layouts for either one.

Yorica's however, only works when you use widescan.

Yeah but still, the point of a map in a game is so you know where to go, giving you this kind of map is quite annoying. I mean this map to an extent reminded me of my least favorite map of all time...



Which I assume anyone who ever played FFXII can attest to how horrible that place was. In either case, I really do wish they would give us some way to receive a proper map for Yorcia, because as it is now, I hate it. I assume the map might also be pulling others away from that area unless something else about it is particularly annoying, because while Marjami has a 100% rate on Phoenix, Yorcia is sitting around 25~30% last I knew.

"Normally", a map shows the orography and the location of the rivers and roads. When there is flora in a map is just for reference unless there is a tree that has been a lot of time there.

This is just nonsense in a paper lol. Is like the cartographer was hammered and just wanted to picture every single bush or top of a tree not taking care whatsoever about what is in the ground.

If we're going to keep it consistent with lore, I could imagine that this map is the results of observation from an airship due to the whole "Yorcia Weald murders most explorers who go in there" thing.

On Shiva, Marjami Ravine is @ 100% while Yorica Weald is @ 19%. When I try to ask people why they refuse to go do Colonization Reives at Yorica, they tell me they get lost way too easy and that the map sucks.

I've yet to go to Yorica, but based on the pictures of the maps I've seen so far, it puts the Yuhtunga/Yhoator Jungle maps to shame.
