I must thank you guys for the amusing reads. Like all of you, I too have missed the game. However, I found other things more constructive to do with my time instead of ranting about the game being off. To complain about the game being off is just selfish. Go out and play some basketball. See a bad movie! Complain about it, but see it! Go on a date! Yes, I know that proposition is scary. There is sunlight to be had. I see a lot of you have a keyboard cowboy persona.

The game will return. It makes money for SE. If they didn't HAVE TO, they would not have shut down the servers. If you don't agree with the game being down temporarily... go play another one. Give some other company your 15 bucks. I can guarantee that your 15 will not be missed. You have choices you can make and some of you choose to whine about it and sound selfish... i.e. I wanna wanna wanna business wanna wanna SE wanna wanna wanna... We get it. You want to play.

Go take a hot shower... because there are a million people in Japan that can't. Visit your relatives. Japan is burying theirs. Go outside and throw the football around. Now imagine your entire neighborhood gone and you can't buy all the food you want. Water is hard to come by and you're pretty sure your friends are dead. All of that pales in comparison to your game addiction.

MGS online isnt as big as ff and there servers are not as large and dont take as much power as FF down period i play MGS online as well but still Konami isnt using as much power as FF is for the many servers they have to turn on and the power to cool them etc

Night i work night shift so i do nothing but look and watch the facts on line so srsly dont tell me u know more cause u really dont have a clue what ur talkin bout

If konami had a large online server based game they would prolly have shut down as well... god u have no clue what ur talkin bout

Just what is konami's player base? still 300k active, they peaked 1 mil. early last year.

And no being ask to conserve power & told are two different things. Why would you not say NO to your government? You make it sound as if SE had not listened to their government they would all be executed. SE did it out of the kindness in their heart, and the fact of the blackouts. I would bet you that if the government made an unrealistic request to SE before this happened & SE was told to either comply or face the consequences, they would pack up and move to a new country.

But i do not know why i post cause you are apparently super human.

by the way I have seemed to lose a sock, would you be able to tell me where it is? And the proper measure I should take in trying to locate it? Or should I just STOP my everyday life until my poor sock is found?

You cant compare FF to Metal Gear solid cause there are only a few hundred thousand who play that online... FF is in millions.... NOW if it was something like Modern warfare1/2 where u have millions i could say yes but its not.
