Unable to obtain Prismatic Hourglass.

Hello,
I took a break from the game for a long time. I've been back for roughly two weeks now, and attempted to get my Prismatic Hourglass. I went out to see good ol' Haggleblix to purchase the Prismatic Hourglass.
The tricky Goblin insisted I trade him my Timeless Hourglass instead of purchasing his new one for 50k. That'd be fine with me, but I do no possess a Timeless Hourglass in any of my inventory compartments, or alternative characters on the same ID. I am unable to obtain the Prismatic Hourglass, thus unable to enter Dynamis. I've done dynamis before so entrance is not the issue.

p.s. I tried making Gm calls, but I got an automated reply that was very unhelpful.

Did you try trading the gob 50k? iirc the message he gives doesn't give the menu option like buying from a npc does.

This. Just trade him 50k, that's all you have to do. If that doesn't work it means you're missing some prerequisites, rank 6 and got the CS in Xarcabard and at any of the four cities' Trail Markings.

As GMs, we do not use automatic replies and every response you get has been looked at by a person before being sent. Unfortunately, we determined this was not a bug, and you are missing necessary steps to complete this quest.
