There is no drop data as it pops on chests. Those LS that farm them sure as hell have no clue about the ratio effort/reward. Right now it's worth 2 marrows on quetz (30M) which I can farm in 2 hours with the same setup as which I use for conflux 15. I'm only doing that because of boredome tbh.
