Now incase no one else heard, apparently Mage's Ballad was added to drop off of low lv Yagudo BRDs. I don't recall them saying anything about this change, so it seems a bit sneaky on their part.

I have experienced something today that seems out of the norm, and I wonder if it was also changed. Today me & my gf were doing the T2 VNM in Uleg[A] for SAM & DRG seals. While doing this, we got a T3 pop. This was awesome for us, but since I could no longer pop, we had her pop, well, we popped 1, and killed it, nothing out of the norm. Next kill, hers upgraded, shortly after, I went to go for BST seals in Altepa, and sure enough, 1st kill, I upgrade to yet another T3.

Now I don't know what to think of this honestly. It could be extreme luck on upgrades, but since I heard of them making this sneaky update I thought maybe, just maybe... They may have answered the cries of all of the PLDs & BRDs out there wanting increased upgrade rate. In only 4 kills I got 3 T3 pops, which any time I have done T2s before, it has always taken upwards of 6 kills for a single T3, let alone 3 almost back to back.

Does anyone else know of any other secret changes, or if they were really secret at all? Was I just really lucky today, or did they actually change the rate on T3s?

Does the first Mage's Ballad really drop off of low level Yag BRDs? But they actually did make note that they were updating T2 upgrade rate some time ago.

If you look at the Mage's Ballad page on AH.com it has a comment saying

Today SE steathly added Mage's Ballad as a drop from Yagudo Piper in Giddeus and Meriphated Mountains.

So while someone on each server makes a small fortune before the majority figures it out, I notice Valefor and Cerberus both have zero in stock. Let the games begin.

also remember reading a thread about it yesterday before sleeping and someone I know said they got it while farming a NM in Giddeus. Also I thought they had already done the T2~3 upgrade changes before months ago, and I myself never saw much difference, I could be wrong and have missed it however. I just wanted to know if it was me being lucky or if they changed it because it seems like making my 2nd character's Ochain will be quite a bit easier.

Though it doesn't say what it drops specifically, the last version update notes on the forum does say something about the yagado pipers drop items being modified. Sorry for no link, typing from my phone and not real sure how. Check out the July 24th update post.

I wish they could do something about Raise III and Paeon V.
For the first I simply don't want to waste 1 mils gil, for the second... I just wish I could find it on AH, or someone helping me doing the ENM since appearently I can't seem to be able to solo it >_>

Yeah, after the 7th one it hit me and my first thought was "MF! >.<"
