The katana holder? That was from the Feast of Swords event~ "Katana-kazari". Sadly I did not have time to get the other item which is cool also, "Kabuto-kazari". Next year!

Not really, they're just reinforcing the rules they set forth from the terms of service.

SE does not ban you based on screenshots, although it is enough to start an investigation if warranted.
However, given that it's a cosmetic change to a personal area that only affects the player itself, and has no effect on the gameplay (for that player or others), they will do nothing. At worst, they remove the image from the thread. Just don't discuss methods of .dat swapping or whatever else was used and there should be no problems.
