Pretty sure bringing up ffxii, then in a follow-up post, mocking it, knowing full well that there are people who will adamantly disagree with that, is trolling. Guess I'm a troll for calling out a troll.

Reading the posts we can all but dream. SE's way of doing things its not impossible for something to happen. (however they achieve it) FFIV: After years and Advent Children for example. I guess we will have to get our FFXI spin-offs and side stories else where. Maybe just make a new offline story in a new place/time to explore and follow my idea of keeping some mystery open for the gamer to come to FFXI Online.

And one can be forgiven if they thought FFXIV was the spin-off when they showed the first ever screenshots.
