    Wouldn't mind a revamp of the subjob system that allowed you to choose certain job traits and abilities from jobs you have leveled. Make it kind of like Blue magic where every trait and ability is worth a certain amount of points and you can only have a set total points.

    That way job traits and abilities like TH2, berserk, meditation, convert, provoke, etc are high point costs whereas as circle effects, status resistances are very cheap. You can build your sub any way you want that way. Just have to figure out how to work in spells. Probably would have a separate spell set cost and pricing system.

    Be nice to see a PLD with provoke, utsu and curing waltz III

    Hell, RDM with Dualwield without having to be limited to only 2 certain subs at that.

    I wish that was what FFXIV is like.
    Thats what it used to be.
    Now we have jobs that are the same as classes, and a few minor skills that are cross-class.
    I would love if that got implemented in ffxiv, but for ffxi, no thanks.
