Your English is fine, and I agree with your post. If a spell, especially something that is not even used for the WHM's benefit, is needed by the majority of players, a shop needs to sell it for a fair amount. I've had Raise III since 2003-04, somewhere around then, however I can understand why some WHMs today are buying Reraise III and just buying Raise and Raise II for parties. Why should they buy a very over-priced spell that only affects other players?
Personally, I don't care if I get a Raise 1 at this point since EXP is so easy to come by, in fact I just request a Raise 1 when I die so I can get up faster since /whm, /rdm, and /sch all have access to it. I just payed 1.8m for :NI a couple weeks ago, and that's perfectly fine with me, because it directly benefits me, however Raise III is not that type of spell. It is a benefit to the person who died, RR III is what benefits me as a WHM, and that's not near as expensive.
I haven't made up my mind about Arise yet, but Raise III should definitely just be a vendored spell at this point. It's nothing but fluff to help those who want to sell it for outrageous prices. Not that I blame them, but something that doesn't even benefit the WHM has no business being that expensive, really.
