Can we have a thread that ISNT a suggestion?

So, in a lighter since of forum use, can we use the forum for something other than suggesting stuff? I mean, there is more to our game than broken thingers needing fixing. SO in light of that, what's your favorite Final Fantasy?

Mine in particular was XII, beautiful graphics, a story that kept me hooked, and a sultry princess and viera that kept "eyes on me." (lol FF8 joke)

    This sounds like a suggestion.

    I don't have favorite, and i'm afraid to attempt cause I'm a FF7 boomer.
But if the topic were favorite RPG of all time, it would be Shining Force II =p

i too started with FF7, as my name may imply.

as much flak as it takes for being popular, it isnt as bad as people say. It's just milked to the bone, or rather, it was.

After time, I gave all the others a try, parents came home from a yard sale with a box of NES games and i got to play FF1 years back, that was pretty cool. although the cockatrice part was serious bull.

my favourite though is probably the first couple of hours of 10... right before the dropoff into tedium.

    I guess we can

Final Fantasy 8 was my favorite Final Fantasy besides 11. Squall was the best main character Square ever produced. He actually had flaws and matured as a character through-out the game unlike their other wide-eyed lover boy characters which were as unrealistic as they were boring. I can't tell you how many times i had to control an urge to vomit my lunch while having to role play as Tidus on FF10, or that retarded monkey boy on 9.

8 was also the most original, with a truly unique plot and interesting array of characters. It was just an incredible game. I loved it and still count it as one of the greatest games ever made.

I also enjoyed how the monsters leveled up with the character, keeping the challenge of the game on par with the character's level. That was a very novel idea that all game's should consider using. Only real problem with the game was the boss monsters didn't share in that concept, and were far too easy to kill. Other than that though, the game was flawless.

Seems like there are already threads with no suggestions... and you can probably start more of them in the general forum ^^. I think FFX was my favorite FF game... it was the first pretty game I got to play. :P

http://squallsdead.com/ food for thought. FYI the monkey boy a in 9, not 12.
