[Suggestion] New abilty Redeal

One thing that frustrate me on COR is the fact re-rolling takes so long if a DD misses it or gets dispelled that's why i'd like an ability were we could transfer COR existing buff to everyone in range.

Name : Redeal
Duration : Instant
Recast : 0:30-5:00 (w/e SE feels is nesscary for the balance)
Effect : Transfers existing roll effect to everyone in range. (effected by luzaf ring)

As a side note the roll duration should be transferred as well meaning if ya have 10 secs till a roll wears off it'll have a 10 sec duration on the dd it's transferred too

Yes that would be nice. Nothing like fighting dragons and wyverns that dispel buffs constantly. Makes you feel somewhat useless as a job as you futilely try to keep rolls on melee.
