Jobs you love and the negatives about them.

i LOVE pup, by far my favorite job. I have a 90 PUP and i dont like playing any other job anymore besides PUP. The only thing about PUP that bothers me is it still doesnt get the respect it deserves. Not only is the puppet master a greatt DD by itself but his automation is a force as well. pup/war is great for parties with the rng automation you are putting up a lot of damage. Also pup/nin is great for tanking with the whm automation out and the puppet master have good evasion skill i think mine is capped at 331 or 341.

It can be frustrating - but now that exp is so easily soloed on this game it's not the hindrance it once was.

Key is just group with your friends. Best way to avoid having to deal with ignorant biases.

All my years of playing MMOs people usually like the Cookiecutter jobs. Never giving the unique ones a try.

PUP is great, my only issue is the automaton can sometimes be vindictive and wants to kill its owner for no reason at all and lacks a better AI.

My favorite job is DNC, I love it, my problems with it is Waltz Recast timers suck so much it hurts and Magic is like Cryptonite (SP?) But I guess that goes for most jobs as well.

Not so! My DRK is 78 and I love the suicidal mess that I am I've died a lot of times on WAR...and DRK is getting up there lol. I just don't have self control and I like to see high damage numbers...which in turn, causes my HP to turn the opposite direction <.<; It's kind of a downside to the job, but I'm not complaining. I'm used to death...and in fact, welcome it with warm, tender, suicidal loving arms.

I like Samurai and have no major complaints. I do feel that that it's odd that SAM only get a single level of Skill Chain bonus... but in general, it's nothing to stress over. It's just like SE isn't quite sure what to do with both DNC and SAM running around.

There's also that issue with Zanshin gear being everywhere, when the trait itself is somewhat lackluster to gear around. It IS nice to have, no doubt. But for the AF3 set bonus to support it? Ehh...

It's a pity my Japanese isn't better, I know there have been several threads on the job on the other forums - judging by the garbled mess Google spits out.

I also have issues with Thief at low levels, since it's utterly useless. The same can be said of many jobs, sure. But I really feel limited playing thief sub 24.
